• Supa Deurali Tours & Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or immigration issues.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• We act as an agent between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss beyond our control.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

5. Customer Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws, traditions, and tour guide instructions. Misconduct may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Supa Deurali Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, transport, or accommodation if necessary due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
